Appellant, Harry Dean Vaughn, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Cherokee County, for the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Beverage. His punishment was fixed at a term of thirty (30) days in the County jail with twenty (20) days suspended and a fine in the amount of One Hundred ($100.00...
