The plaintiff brought the present action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (1970), to obtain judicial review of a final decision by the Secretary of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, for denying the plaintiff's claim for disability benefits.
