Plaintiff brings this action seeking review of a decision by the defendant wherein plaintiff was denied Social Security disability benefits. Defendant has moved to dismiss on the basis that this Court is without jurisdiction to review the denial inasmuch as there has allegedly been no final decision, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
