This is an action brought under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (1970), to review a determination by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare closing plaintiff's period of disability as of January 1971. Plaintiff had been awarded benefits as of October 1, 1968, because of a mental condition.1 The sole issue on appeal is whether the Secretary's decision as affirmed by the district court...
