OPINION
STEWART, District Judge:
The Court of Appeals remanded this case to the district court to supplement its findings in support of a preliminary injunction. A supplemental hearing was held; the following constitute the supplemental findings of fact and conclusions of law by this court in support of the preliminary injunction against defendants Vencap, Intervent, Intercapital and Richard C.
