These actions by 159 plaintiffs, all enlisted men in the United States Navy, have been consolidated. The plaintiffs seek habeas corpus relief or, in the alternative, money damages under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(a)(2), for the alleged breach of military enlistment contracts entered into by each of them.
