Defendant was convicted of criminal activity in drugs by possession of amphetamine. ORS 167.207. He appeals contending that the trial court erred (1) in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment and motion to set aside the conviction, and (2) in denying his motion to suppress and supplemental motion to suppress the evidence seized by the police.
