TAURO, District Judge.

On April 10, 1970, a Suffolk County Grand Jury named David Haefeli in seven indictments, each charging him with knowingly receiving stolen property.1 Haefeli was tried in Suffolk Superior Court and was convicted by a jury on all charges.
