The plaintiff's claim in Count I arises under §§ 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26) for violations of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2) and of § 7 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. § 18).
