Plaintiff Willard Reid commenced this action under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), for unpaid overtime compensation claimed to be due and owing from the defendant. Jurisdiction is based on § 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act and 28 U.S.C. § 1337.1 The parties have stipulated to all the material facts and have filed cross-motions...
