On July 29, 1969, plaintiffs1 were passengers in a vehicle traveling on Ortonville Road in Brandon Township. Plaintiffs' vehicle was struck by another vehicle as the latter was exiting from the parking lot of defendant's tavern. As a result of the accident, both plaintiffs suffered considerable injury.
