MEMORANDUM OPINION

DECKER, District Judge.

This patent infringement action was brought by Siemens Aktiengesellschaft ("Siemens") against Beltone Electronics Corporation ("Beltone"), an Illinois corporation and manufacturer of hearing aids, and against two other defendants. The action against the other defendants was transferred to the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
