Brown, Trustee of the Estate of Star Electric Supply, Incorporated (Star Electric), a bankrupt corporation, initiated this plenary action, praying for recovery of $5,193.22, a sum he alleges was transferred to defendant, Tru-Lite, Incorporated (Tru-Lite), under factual circumstances constituting a voidable preference under § 60 of the Bankruptcy...
