ROBERTSON, Chief Judge.

Donaldson appeals from a judgment cancelling a conditional land sale contract in which he was the vendee and awarding damages and possession of the real estate to Sellmer, the vendor.

The primary issue is whether forfeiture of the vendee's interest in a conditional land sale contract was the proper remedy under the circumstances of this case.

We affirm the trial court's judgment.
