This is a zoning case. The appellant, Steele Investment Company, owns a 400-acre tract on the west side of Highway 71 Business, which runs north through Fayetteville. The property was formerly used for raising green beans. In 1966 the highway department obtained a right-of-way across the tract for the construction of Highway 71 By-pass.
