PER CURIAM.

On September 6, 1973, the defendant was indicted with another for intentionally distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. At his arraignment on September 10, 1973, defendant pleaded not guilty, but on May 17, 1974, at a hearing at which he was represented by retained counsel, he changed his plea to guilty. He was sentenced to a term of five years in prison, with a special parole term of three years to follow...
