This is an action to declare void a loan and recover damages allegedly resulting from a violation of the margin requirements of Regulation G, 12 C.F.R. § 207.1, et seq., as promulgated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System pursuant to Section 7 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78g.
