The Appellant, Charles Brown, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried jointly with one Felix Adams before a jury in a two stage proceeding in the District Court of Tulsa County in Case No. CRF-74-2401, and convicted of the crime of Robbery with Firearms After Former Conviction of a Felony.
