1. This is an action for damages resulting from the ground collision of two aircraft taxiing at Chicago-O'Hare Airport at Chicago, Illinois, on May 8, 1969, involving an FH-227 aircraft owned and operated by Ozark Air Lines, Inc. and a DC-861 aircraft leased and operated by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
