Defendant Frank Morgan and his accomplice, Walter McCalvin, committed a series of acts on the evening of April 12, 1970, which resulted in numerous charges stemming from three separate indictments. Morgan and McCalvin were found guilty of murder, burglary and six counts of armed robbery under indictments nos. 70-1186 and 70-1187. Our supreme court affirmed the convictions but...
