Seeking injunctive relief and treble damages, Todhunter-Mitchell & Co., Ltd., instituted this private antitrust action against Anheuser-Busch, Inc., this country's largest brewer of beer. The complaint alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2.
