MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ARRAJ, Chief Judge.

This action arises under 42 U.S. C. §§ 1983 and 1985. Plaintiff, Donald Weathers, was employed as a teacher by defendant school district from August 25, 1970 through August 24, 1972. On March 9, 1972, the Board of Education for the school district voted not to renew Mr. Weathers' employment contract for the following academic year. He was notified of this fact by letter.
