MEMORANDUM AND JUDGMENT

COLLINSON, District Judge.

This is an action for damages for alleged violations of section 8(b) (4) of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(4) (1970). Jurisdiction is based on section 303 of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 187 (1970). By stipulation of the parties, this case was tried on March 20, 1973, without a jury solely on the issue of liability.
