This is an action filed under the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S. C. § 185(a) for violation of contracts between an employer and a labor organization representing employees. The plaintiffs are individuals who are representative of a class of plaintiffs who are or were employed by the defendant at various times between 1926 and 1960.
