This action arises from a check in the amount of $26,000.00 made by Defendant on March 15, 1973, payable to Bill Poulos. Said check was deposited by the Payee in Plaintiff bank. The check was drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank, El Cajon Branch, El Cajon, California. Payment on the check was stopped by Defendant and Plaintiff thereafter brought this action for the full amount...
