This case comes before this court pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying plaintiff's claim for inpatient hospital insurance benefits under section 1814 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395f, for treatment received at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Harrisonburg, Virginia, from November 19, 1971...
