MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BENSON, Chief Judge.
On the grounds that it is necessary in the aid of this Court's jurisdiction and to protect Federal interests of the United States of America, the plaintiffs have filed a motion with this Court for an order staying, pending a final determination in the case, administrative proceedings instituted by the defendant taxing authorities of the State of North Dakota.
