This matter having come before the Court, and good cause appearing, the motion is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the order of June 3, 1974 providing that the period of suspension would commence June 15, 1974, is hereby vacated; and it is further

ORDERED that the said ARTHUR LAWRENCE ABRAMS of Newark be suspended from the practice of law for one year and until further order of the Court, effective July 1, 1974; and it is further
