This civil action was brought on behalf of a minor son by his father as next friend for personal injuries suffered by the son as a result of the alleged negligence of the defendants New England Grocers Supply Company (New England) and Cumberland Farms Dairy, Inc. (Cumberland Farms). The father sued for consequential damages.
