OPINION BY JUDGE BLATT, April 2, 1974:

Robert W. Keech was convicted of violating Section 1002(b)(8) of The Vehicle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, 75 P.S. § 1002(b)(8), in traveling at a speed of 87 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone. As a result, Keech's operating privileges were suspended by the Secretary of Transportation for a period of three months, pursuant to Section 618(b) (2) of The Vehicle Code, 75 P.S. § 618(b) (2).
