The issue presented by plaintiff's appeal is whether it is negligence as a matter of law for an emergency vehicle traveling in a proper lane of a multilane street of a city or town providing for two-way movement of traffic to cross the center line to the left and proceed to travel the wrong way in a lane providing for movement of traffic in the opposite direction. The appeal arises from a law action brought by the City of Cedar Rapids to recover property...
