This is an action to enjoin the transfer of certain property from School District No. 127 to the School District of the City of North Platte. The foundation of the plaintiffs' action is the claimed invalidity of ordinances No. 1447 and No. 1461 of the City of North Platte which purported to annex to the city the tract of land described in the ordinances.
