This is an appeal from the grant of an interlocutory injunction in the Superior Court of Fayette County enjoining appellants from maintaining and occupying a mobile home as a residence in Fayette County on property not zoned to permit such use under the Fayette County Zoning Ordinance.

Appellants attacked the validity and application of the zoning ordinance and also moved to dismiss the county's complaint...
