Defendant-appellant was sentenced on June 28, 1971, to a term of ten years in the Indiana State Prison for the offense of commission of a felony while armed. Following an evidentiary hearing on the petition, the Vanderburgh Circuit Court filed its findings of fact and conclusions of law, denying the relief requested.
