This is an action by the operators of six gasoline stations for both injunctive relief and damages against Cities Service Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Cities Service Oil Company (hereinafter "Citgo"). The plaintiffs have moved for a preliminary injunction restraining Citgo from terminating or refusing to renew the leases and agreements which they have entered into with Citgo.
