Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' Federal income tax as follows:
Year Amount 1966 .................. $1,105.57 1967 .................. 1,084.05
Because of concessions, the only issue remaining for our decision is whether petitioners incurred losses from the sale of inventory in 1966 and 1967.
