This is an appeal by defendants Loxton from a judgment of the district court in the sum of $945 arising out of a collision between their automobile and a vehicle in which plaintiff, Robert Blue, was riding. Plaintiff's claim was discharged in bankruptcy proceedings instituted by defendants.
