Plaintiffs filed suit against the defendant for a declaratory judgment, asking that the court declare defendant's ordinance 674, § 6 invalid. The trial court held that the ordinance was valid and granted a judgment for the defendant. We affirm.

Cadillac ordinance 674, § 6, reads as follows:

"Firearms; discharge prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm, gun, pistol, revolver, airgun,...
