Plaintiff, Anton H. Norlander, instituted this action in the Washington County District Court to rescind a warranty deed he had executed conveying a farm to defendants, James Cronk and his wife Gretha Cronk. The case was tried before the court and an advisory jury. Rejecting the jury's finding to the contrary, the court found that defendants had exerted undue influence to obtain the conveyance.
