Morris and Hazel Farrington, landowners in St. Clair County, appeal from a judgment entered against them by Judge Halford Streeter for specific performance to convey their farm. The case was tried in equity without a jury before the late Judge Stanley Schlee, who passed away before a decision was rendered.
