HOLMAN, Justice.

This is an action by plaintiff for damages resulting from personal injuries suffered while a patron of defendant's bar. A judgment was entered for plaintiff pursuant to a jury verdict, but the trial court, upon defendant's application, granted defendant a new trial. Plaintiff appeals from the order granting the new trial.
