DENECKE, Justice.

The sole issue is whether the terms of an option to purchase a ranch are so indefinite that the option is unenforceable. The plaintiffs brought this suit asking the court to declare the option unenforceable and the defendant, in effect, counterclaimed for specific performance. The trial court held the option unenforceable and the defendant, the would-be purchaser, appeals.
