OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, September 27, 1974:

The narrow issue in this workmen's compensation appeal is whether or not Earl David Rabenstein (Rabenstein) was "in the course of his employment" under Section 301(c) of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act1 when he was fatally injured in an automobile accident.
