Appellant in No. 73-1005, Thomas Guerro, brought a civil rights action pro se under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, alleging that certain officials of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts violated his constitutional rights by illegally wiretapping his telephone and using evidence obtained thereby at his criminal trial.
