These consolidated cases were initially filed in 1960 and 1963 respectively, for disestablishment of separate segregated school systems in the Durham City Administrative School Unit and the Durham County Administrative School Unit. Since the entry of the original order in the respective cases, both school systems have been before the Court for new directions under the evolving case law...
