MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

At the conclusion of all of the evidence the defendant filed a motion for directed verdict pursuant to Rule 50(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in writing, upon which the Court reserved ruling. On September 30, 1974 the defendant filed its motion pursuant to 50(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
