Montano, brings this Civil Rights Act suit, 28 U.S.C. § 1343, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, on behalf of herself and "all others similarly situated," Fed.R.Civ.Proc. 23(a), (b)(2), against the Lomas Paint and Body Shop, Inc., a New Mexico corporation, and its president, Clayton P.
