The plaintiff, Medicenters of America, Inc., seeks contract damages against the defendant, T and V Realty and Equipment Corporation. The defendant, in turn, has counterclaimed against the plaintiff and has brought a related claim against the American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania, whom the defendant has joined as a third party defendant herein.
