There are three actions in these consolidated cases. In 73-28 Hopson, the driver of one vehicle (and Aetna who owns a part of his cause of action) sues Hayes Triplett, the driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident, for personal injuries and losses. In 73-263 Hayes Triplett sues Hopson (and those who would be legally responsible for any negligence of Hopson) for the personal injuries and losses of Hayes Triplett sustained...
