("Carpenter"), a Texas corporation, seeks to recover a total of $534,942.38 from the defendants, Kaiser Jamaica Corp., Reynolds Jamaica Aluminum, Ltd. and Anaconda Jamaica, Inc., each a Delaware corporation and a partner in Alumina Partners of Jamaica ("Alpart") for an alleged breach of a contract which Carpenter had entered into with Alpart.
